Snow Zone is an application for your iPhone and iPod that lets you to consult the snow and the forecast weather conditions in the coming week for the most exclusive ski resorts around the world.

Weather forecasts for over 2000 resorts at three different elevations (top, mid-station and bottom ski lifts) on the mountain are updated four times daily.

Information about wind, snow and freezing level, rain and weather forecast is showed in a very friendly way. The freezing level is the altitude (elevation) at which the temperature is a freezing point.  Where this coincides with the elevation of the ground, any precipitation is likely to fall as snow and fresh water will freeze.

Snow Zone lets you to configure the visual data presentation between Metric(m, ºC)  and Imperial(ft, ºF) systems. A new entry in the iPhone or iPod Settings Application corresponding to your Snow Zone app lets you change and select the desired measure system.

Snow Zone needs internet connection to download and see the last 6 days weather and snow forecast for each resort. If you want to see this last report whenever and wherever you want don't forget add the resort to your favorites. In this way you will be able to see the last downloaded Snow Report without being necessary to have connection.
